I know that podcasts is not a new concept at all. They have been around for a long while now. Since I personally have not ever played with the idea it was not something that I would have thought of to do for our publication.

Having that thought though brought up got me to thinking. Maybe adding that to the main site would be a fun thing to do.

The capabilities are attached along with this blog so might give it a shot for awhile to see how it works.

What will the podcasts be? I have no idea yet. We are still tossing that back and forth. Maybe announcements of important events that are coming up moving into editorials. Going further allowing our subscribers to send in their own podcasts (under approval of course) to air on the site.

Something old but something new for us to think about.
