Each year we get together putting our brains together in hopes of having a brilliant idea or two pop out. This year is no different!

Our semi annual staff meeting is coming up and boy am I excited. Why? Well, this year I took all the suggestions, good, bad, and where did that come from, and kept them in a handy dandy folder. Preparing all this so when I ask the question of Ideas anyone? I can toss that file folder into the ring so we can mull them around.

Now, not all ideas that were sent in will be used of course. I mean we can not very well have a real fairy write from his or her advantage point, but there are a few really good ideas in that folder.

Our meeting is next week, on a Monday no less! I'll let the suscribers know what we came up with for this year.....
