Holiday Blues Got You Down?

That is when the blues start in. Running on empty we may begin to think about things that normally we wouldn't. There are two thoughts that seems to be popular that I have heard lately. On is not enough money to get that special gift for someone and the other not having someone special by their sides to share the holidays with.
Short On Funds
In this day and age with the money crunch going on there is no one that is untouched. Get what you can afford and call it a day. It is the thought that counts after all. The person on the receiving end may not care as much as you think. They will be happy just to get a gift! Try buying one really great personalized gift instead of many gifts for people. Don't worry the people that you are buying for are probably going through the same thing! Spend your money wisely and be happy with what you did purchase or even make for those on your list. Giving does not have a price tag.
Not Having Someone Special To Share The Holiday With
If you stop and think about it you are spending it with someone special. YOU! That's right yourself. You are that special person and you should be very grateful that you are here sharing yourself with others around you. You also have your family and friends that care about you. Look within yourself to explore why you really think you need someone next to you. Yes, it is nice but you do not need someone else to validate who you are. Love yourself and maybe that special person will come into your life sooner than you think. If you are looking for a significant other that is
Stop worrying so much abut the superficial things and remember what Yule is really about.

A wise and comforting post!
