The Ninja Kitten
We have cats all over the place. Most are due to the farmers and such that have them to keep the mouse population down in their barns.
So cats are not in short supply here at all. We feed a lot of them as they come over and look terrible at times. Our neighbors do the same thing so we have a lot of them going to house to house much like trick or treating all year round. haha
There are a few that we all have adopted. Naming them and keeping a watch out for them. We have one cat that is an out door in door cat. She had a litter of kittens actually two. One died and so the other one was an only kitten. Now this little orange tabby is hilarious. It figured out how to get into the house. We looked all over the place and there is no way open for any of the animals to get in or out. But this little darling does.
You put it out with its mom and bam there it is sitting on the couch or curled up by the fridge. It has made its mind up that it belongs in the house and we have no say about it at all.
Now that it is no where near swimsuit weather we are winterizing the front area of our enclosed outside patio. This is where the outside animals that know come in and sleep and stay warm when it is snowy out. Food water and blankets for them. Usually they are pretty well behaved so no problems.
What of the little orange tabby kitten? I felt sorry for the little guy tonight sitting in a corner as our cats ignore it. It looked so pathetic sitting there alone. I took it up to my room, gave him or her some frontline plus and checked it out for anything else that it might need. Ninja has a home.
Now the funny thing is I put it on the floor and walked away. The little monster jumped up on my chair in front of the computer and made itself at home. I laughed as that is what the others do. Move your feet, loose your seat.
