One thing that is nice about Samhain is that you do not need a lot of special lighting to create the effect that you wish to have in your home that evening.


Using a lot of different shapes and sizes will make the perfect ambiance that you want. Casting shadows that bounce a long with the lights. Not to mention it will give your home a nice warm and welcome look to it if you are having guests. Whether they are real or of the other worlds they will enjoy this simple way that you accented your home for this night.

Always remember that safety comes first. Use heat proof dishes for your candles to sit upon. Never place candles by windows with curtains as a breeze might create a fire. Watch your pets around your candles as well!

When you are getting ready to go out or retire for the night be sure you put all candles out. Do not leave burning unless you are up.
