Taking a week or so off before Shay gave birth we decided to finally do something that was so much fun for the younger crowd. Checking into the we knew this would be absolutely perfect to not just take their minds off the stress of anticipation of the babe but to end our summer before school started. I am not one for rides and such but by looking at all the great events there I knew that there was certainly something for me to do that would be fun. Once the boys got there they were nearly jumping out of their skins seeing the amusement rides at the park. Of course, the older boy being 18 tried to hide his excitement being a young adult but he could not wait to ride on the Great White. You would not catch me on that at all! haha After the older guys went on this they were a little more than wobbly and we all had a good laugh at their expense.

One thing that I liked is that they have everything plotted out so you know where the rides are for all ages and thrill levels. Which made it so easy to find and go to.

There are also many weekly specials that we found to help our budget while we were out exploring.

We certainly enjoyed our stay at the Wildwood and felt like we were right at home and the employees were always friendly and very helpful no matter what the silly questions were. AND my 8 year old had some pretty wild questions.


This was certainly one of the better family beach vacation spots that we spent our time at. I just thought it was ironic to see this posting after we had been there. How appropriate was that????
