With all the subscribers that we have I am surprised that we do not have more late or missing issues than we do. The overall percentage is around 1% that has had to be re-sent to those subscribers that are missing an issue.

Not bad really.

If you are missing an issue, simply contact using the appropriate email addy. Using anything other than the correct addy will in fact delay an answer.
